in physical activity by young people have long been recommended.
The current PDHPE syllabus for primary school emphasises the
importance of physical activity for health and fitness. It states
“children engage in physical activity because it is fun,
enjoyable, meaningful and makes them feel good.” Manly
Waterworks is all these things!
Children return time and time again to experience the fun and
thrills of the three giant waterslides; never complaining about
the climb back up the ramp for each slide or realising the health
benefits of the whole experience!

Group excursions, social
functions or end of year parties: For group bookings
of 40 or more, Manly Waterworks will open especially for
you outside our normal opening hours, either mid-week
or in the evenings. Evening bookings available 6pm - 9pm
only.
DON'T MISS OUT! If your school or group is considering
an end of year, mid week party booking, please book early
as this is a very popular time and we have several return
bookings from previous years. |

Fundraiser slide-athon:
Have your kids organise sponsors and see how many slides
they can make in 2 hours! Each slider will receive two
hours sliding for the price of one and on top of the sponsorship
money raised, Manly Waterworks will donate $1.00 per slider
to your chosen charity. |
